Stacked Pipe Corridor Project

Project 1: The underground comprehensive prefabricated composite pipe gallery project in the area of Xiang'an New Airport (Dadeng Middle Road). This project is the first pilot project of prefabricated superimposed technology in Xiamen city. The types of prefabricated components include prefabricated superimposed top slab, prefabricated composite floor, Prefabricated composite exterior wall, prefabricated composite interior wall. The length of the project is about 38.72 meter, and it is divided into three sections along the vertical section, namely: the branch port of the comprehensive pipe gallery in the transition section, the branch port of the A-type comprehensive pipe gallery, and the A1 section.

Project 2: The underground comprehensive pipe gallery project of Cailin South Road, Jimei Area, Maluan Bay New Town, Xiamen, with a total length of 1790 meter. The standard section of the pipe corridor, vents, hoisting openings, branch openings and other nodes are all prefabricated and assembled. The types of prefabricated components are prefabricated composite roof, prefabricated composite floor, prefabricated composite exterior wall, and prefabricated laminated interior wall.

This project is independently completed by our company, including R&D, component production, component transportation, and on-site installation.

Project 3: Fulian East Second Road Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project in Haicang Area of Maluan Bay New Town. This project is located in the west area of Maluan Bay. It starts from Dongfu South Road and ends at Fulian Road. It is laid along Fulian East 2nd Road, with a total length of 1369 meters. The standard section of the pipe corridor, vents, hoisting openings, branch openings and other nodes are all prefabricated and assembled. The types of prefabricated components are prefabricated composite roof, prefabricated laminated floor, prefabricated composite exterior wall, and prefabricated composite interior wall.

This project is independently completed by our company, including R&D, component production, component transportation, and on-site installation.
