Zhongjian Zhixin Construction Technology Co., Ltd. is the first prefabricated component enterprise in China that adopts a full set of "Schnell" automatic steel processing equipment.

Besides, there is a set of data worth to be mentioned - automatic CNC mesh welding machine, with a daily processing capacity of more than 30 tons; Automatic CNC truss steel welding machine, the maximum welding speed is 15 meters/minute, daily production is about 15 tons or more; Automatic CNC hoop bending machine, daily processing capacity is more than 200 tons.

According to the introduction, the mixing plant here can produce high-performance concrete, which can meet the production of all prestressed components. The daily capacity of the concrete production line is 2000 cubic meters. It is automatically transported to each pouring station through the air track and automatically docked with the placing machine. Automatic control effectively improves work efficiency. The motor imported from Germany is low noise, environmental protection and health. The central control room is equipped with high-definition LED TV wall, which can monitor the operation of the production line in real time, realize the remote control of the production line equipment and the information management of production data.
